Following over twenty successful years in Financial, IT & Industrial Recruitment, the founders are vertical market specialists with an established reputation for establishing brands, developing networks and delivering professional recruitment services.

Our goal is to establish a lasting relationship with our clients. We believe this is fundamentally based on a real understanding of their business, markets in which they operate and the end clients they serve.

We analyse our clients business and their unique market offering before clarifying the search parameters to be implemented. We compile a shortlist of suitable candidates after evaluating the job specification and matching candidates against the specified experience, education and personal profile. We edit resumes into a standard template with all information in order to assist the client in determining suitability.

In addition to our candidate database, we source talent by utalising our network of contacts, target advertising, strategic marketing and social networking sites. We qualify our candidates prior to database entry and complete registration interviews to capture requirements.
